Ingredients
1.5 lbs chicken drumsticks or chicken thighs
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Prep the Chicken:
Pat chicken dry with paper towels and season lightly with salt and pepper. - Set Up Breading Station:
In one bowl, whisk egg and milk. In another, mix flour, bread crumbs, and all seasonings. - Coat the Chicken:
Dip each piece into the egg mixture, then dredge in the breadcrumb mix, pressing to coat. Mist with olive oil spray. - Air Fry:
Preheat air fryer to 375Β°F. Place chicken in a single layer. Cook for 23β25 minutes, flipping halfway and spraying again, until crispy and cooked through.
