Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
¼ tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Chips or crackers, for serving
Directions
- Sauté Spinach & Garlic: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium. Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Mix Dip: In a bowl, combine cooked spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, parmesan, mozzarella, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
- Bake: Transfer to an oven-safe dish. Bake at 375°F for 18–20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
- Serve: Let cool slightly and serve warm with chips.
