  • Crisp Skins: Brush skins with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Air fry or bake at 400°F for 5–7 minutes until crispy.
  • Add Cheese & Bacon: Fill skins with cheese and bacon. Return to air fryer or oven for 5–7 more minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve: Top with sour cream and optional chives. Serve hot!
