Ingredients
2 lbs chicken wings, split and patted dry
1 tbsp baking powder (NOT baking soda)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Β½ tsp salt
ΒΌ tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
Β½ cup buffalo sauce
Optional: chopped celery for serving
Optional: ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping
Directions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and cayenne (if using) until evenly coated.
- Place the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd β cook in batches if needed.
- Air fry for 24β26 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden.
- While the wings cook, warm the buffalo sauce in a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl.
- Once wings are done, transfer them to a large mixing bowl and pour the warm buffalo sauce over the top. Toss until fully coated.
- Serve immediately with celery and your favorite dipping sauce.
