1 small green apple (cored & sliced)
1 small banana
1 scoop vanilla or unflavored protein powder
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or coconut water)
Β½ teaspoon fresh grated ginger (optional for extra detox benefits)

Ice cubes (if needed for thickness)
