Ingredients
8 oz pasta of choice (twisted or fettuccine)
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cups mushrooms (sliced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
½ cup coconut milk or other plant-based milk
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast (if available)
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook Pasta: Boil pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
