2 cups raw almonds
1 tbsp olive oil or melted coconut oil
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
Directions
- Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. - Coat the Almonds
In a large bowl, mix the honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
Add the almonds and stir until they are evenly coated. - Spread & Bake
Spread the almonds in a single layer on the baking sheet.
