  • Mix the Base Ingredients
    In a large bowl, mix the peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
    Stir in the oat flour and protein powder, mixing until a thick dough forms.
  • Press into a Pan
    Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
    Press the mixture evenly into the pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  • Melt the Chocolate
    In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil.
    Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  • Add the Chocolate Topping
    Pour the melted chocolate over the protein bar base, spreading it evenly.
