This Berry Blast Protein Smoothie is a delicious and refreshing way to fuel your body! Packed with protein and bursting with fresh berries, it’s the perfect post-workout snack or healthy breakfast option.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

  • 1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder

  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.)

  • 1/2 frozen banana (for creaminess)

  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds (for extra fiber and omega-3s)

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • Ice cubes (as needed for thickness)

  • Optional Toppings
  • Fresh berries

  • Chia seeds or flaxseeds

  • Drizzle of honey or maple syrup (for added sweetness)

Directions

  • Blend the Ingredients
    In a high-speed blender, combine the almond milk, vanilla protein powder, frozen mixed berries, frozen banana, chia seeds, and vanilla extract.
    Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Adjust Consistency
    Add ice cubes if a thicker smoothie is desired.
