Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tsp fresh garlic (cloves), minced
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Marinate the Chicken:
In a bowl or zip-top bag, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes. - Grill the Chicken:
Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill chicken for 5β6 minutes per side or until cooked through. Let rest before slicing. - Roast the Asparagus:
Preheat oven to 400Β°F. Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 12β15 minutes until tender. - Serve:
