Tender, caramelized salmon fillets grilled to perfection and coated in a sticky honey garlic glaze. A sweet-savory dish packed with flavor!

  • Make the Glaze:
    In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, melted butter, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
  • Prep & Grill the Salmon:
    Pat the salmon fillets dry and season with salt and black pepper. Brush with olive oil. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (375-400°F). Place salmon skin-side down and cook for 4-5 minutes, then flip and grill for another 3-4 minutes.
  • Glaze & Finish:
    Brush the honey garlic glaze over the salmon in the last 2 minutes of grilling. Let it caramelize slightly but avoid burning.
  • Serve:
    Remove from the grill and sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve with steamed rice or roasted veggies.

Notes

  • No grill? Use a cast-iron skillet and cook the salmon the same way.
    For extra caramelization, broil for 1-2 minutes after grilling.
    Swap rice for cauliflower rice or a side salad for a lighter option.
