Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and black pepper, to taste
3 tablespoons butter
4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
- Prep Chicken: Preheat oven to 400°F. Pat drumsticks dry, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss with olive oil.
- Bake: Place on a baking sheet and bake for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
- Make Garlic Butter: In a pan, melt butter over medium heat, add garlic, cook 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Toss: Remove chicken, brush or toss with garlic butter. Serve hot.
