  • Sear the Chicken:
    Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

    In the same pan, reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic, cooking for 1 minute. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan until smooth.
