  • Cook the Beef: In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Drain excess grease.
  • Add Seasoning & Pasta: Stir in tomato paste and paprika. Mix well. Add dry pasta shells and beef broth. Stir to combine.
  • Simmer: Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
  • Finish with Cream & Cheese: Stir in cream and cheddar cheese. Cook 1–2 more minutes until sauce is thick and creamy.
  • Serve: Season to taste and serve hot.
