  • Prep the Steak:
    Toss steak slices with cornstarch until evenly coated.
  • Sear the Beef:
    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Sear steak in batches for 1–2 minutes per side until browned. Set aside.
  • Cook the Broccoli:

  • Combine & Finish:
