Ingredients
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup melted butter
1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 1/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp peanut butter (for chocolate topping)
Directions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, melted butter, vanilla, powdered sugar, and graham cracker crumbs until combined.
- Press mixture into a lined 8x8 inch pan.
