This Spinach & Cheese Omelette is a healthy and quick breakfast or meal option! Packed with fresh spinach and melted cheese, it's a simple, satisfying, and nutritious dish to start your day.

  • Whisk the Eggs
    In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until fully combined.
  • SautĂ© the Spinach
    Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and add olive oil or butter.
    Sauté the spinach (and onions, if using) for 1-2 minutes until softened.
  • Cook the Omelette
    Reduce heat to low and pour the egg mixture evenly over the spinach.
