These Fluffy Protein Pancakes are the perfect breakfast! Light, airy, and packed with protein, they’re a delicious way to start your day and fuel your body.

  • Mix the Dry Ingredients
    In a mixing bowl, whisk together oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
  • Add the Wet Ingredients
    In a separate bowl, whisk together egg, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
    Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture, stirring until smooth.
  • Cook the Pancakes
    Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly coat with olive oil.
    Pour about ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
