  • Preheat Oven: Set to 350°F and grease or line a baking dish.
  • Scramble Eggs: In a skillet, cook eggs until just set. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Assemble Sliders: Slice rolls in half horizontally (keep rolls connected). Layer eggs, bacon or sausage, and cheese. Replace the tops.
  • Butter & Bake: Brush tops with melted butter. Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes, then uncover and bake 5 more until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
  • Serve: Slice and serve warm.
