Ingredients
4 frozen hash brown patties
4 eggs
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
½ cup ground sausage, cooked
1 tsp olive oil spray
Directions
- Cook Hash Browns: Air fry at 400°F for 6–8 minutes until crispy. Set aside.
- Scramble Eggs: Whisk eggs and scramble in a skillet until soft and fluffy.
- Layer Fillings: In the center of each tortilla, layer scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, cheese, and a hash brown.
- Fold & Wrap: Fold the edges inward to create a hexagonal wrap, starting from the bottom. Flip seam-side down.
- Air Fry: Spray with oil. Air fry at 375°F for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve: Slice in half and enjoy warm!
