  • Cook Hash Browns: Air fry at 400°F for 6–8 minutes until crispy. Set aside.
  • Scramble Eggs: Whisk eggs and scramble in a skillet until soft and fluffy.
  • Layer Fillings: In the center of each tortilla, layer scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, cheese, and a hash brown.
  • Fold & Wrap: Fold the edges inward to create a hexagonal wrap, starting from the bottom. Flip seam-side down.
  • Air Fry: Spray with oil. Air fry at 375°F for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  • Serve: Slice in half and enjoy warm!
