Ingredients
1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8-count)
4 large eggs, scrambled
4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
Β½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: olive oil spray, for brushing
Directions
- Preheat Oven: Set to 375Β°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scramble Eggs: Lightly season and scramble eggs in a nonstick pan until just set.
- Fill & Roll: Unroll crescent dough, place a spoonful of eggs, bacon, and cheese at the wide end of each triangle. Roll up tightly.
- Bake: Place on baking sheet, brush tops with oil spray, and bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve: Let cool slightly and serve warm.
