Ingredients
¾ lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
½ cup cornstarch
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tsp olive oil spray
6 small flour tortillas
Shredded lettuce or cabbage (optional)
- Bang Bang Sauce:
⅓ cup non-fat Greek yogurt or mayo
1½ tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tsp sriracha
1 tsp honey
Splash of rice vinegar (optional)
Directions
- Prep Shrimp: Pat shrimp dry. Toss with cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until fully coated.
- Air Fry: Lightly spray with olive oil spray and cook in your air fryer at 400°F for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Mix Sauce: Whisk together Greek yogurt (or mayo), sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar until smooth.
- Toss & Assemble: Toss hot shrimp in Bang Bang sauce. Load into tortillas with shredded lettuce or cabbage.
- Serve: Enjoy immediately while hot and crispy.
