Ingredients
1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp fresh garlic (cloves), minced
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp cayenne (adjust to taste)
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Season the Chicken:
Pat chicken thighs dry and season with garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper. - Sear the Chicken:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Add chicken and sear 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside. - Make Garlic Butter Sauce:
In the same pan, lower heat to medium. Melt butter, add minced garlic, and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. - Combine and Serve:
Return chicken to pan and spoon garlic butter over the top. Let simmer for another minute, then serve hot.
