Ingredients
2 cups cooked, shredded boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup refried beans or black beans
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 large flour tortillas β burrito size

Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, or guacamole
Directions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375Β°F. Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Assemble Burritos: Lay out tortillas and fill each with shredded chicken, beans, and cheese. Roll tightly and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Smother & Bake: Pour green chili (or red chili, or a mix of both) over the burritos, covering generously. Top with more shredded cheese if desired.
- Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake another 5β10 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
