Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp sriracha
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp fresh garlic, minced
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Prep the Chicken: Pat chicken thighs dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Sear: Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sear 5β6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add honey, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic, and vinegar. Stir and simmer 2β3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Glaze & Serve: Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over top, and simmer another 2β3 minutes. Serve hot.
