Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and black pepper, to taste
2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1 can diced tomatoes, drained
½ cup heavy cream
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
Fresh basil leaves, chopped (no link provided)
Directions
- Sear Chicken: Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet, sear chicken 4–5 min per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Make Sauce: In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add diced tomatoes, simmer 2–3 minutes. Stir in heavy cream and parmesan, cook until smooth.
- Combine: Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over, simmer 5 minutes. Add fresh basil.
- Serve: Plate chicken with sauce, serve hot.
