Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
3 tsp fresh garlic (cloves), minced
Juice of 1 lemon
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Sear the Pork Chops:
Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Sear chops for 3β4 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside. - Make the Sauce:
Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic to the pan and sautΓ© for 1 minute. Stir in lemon juice, heavy cream, and Parmesan. - Simmer and Finish:
Bring sauce to a gentle simmer, then return pork chops to the skillet. Spoon sauce over and cook for another 4β5 minutes until chops are cooked through. - Serve:
