Ingredients
4 chicken thighs (boneless, skinless)
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper (to taste)
Directions
- Sear Chicken: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken thighs with salt & pepper. Sear 4–5 mins per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Make Sauce: In the same skillet, sauté garlic 1 min. Add cream and parmesan, simmer 3–4 mins until thickened.
- Combine: Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over top. Simmer 1–2 mins. Serve hot.
