Ingredients
½ lb ground beef
½ cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
¼ cup diced pickles
Salt and black pepper (to taste)
Olive oil spray (for air fryer or oven)
- Big Mac Sauce:
¼ cup mayo
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon relish
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
- Cook Beef: Brown ground beef in a skillet, season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat and let cool slightly.
- Make Sauce: Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
- Assemble Rolls: Place beef, cheese, pickles, and a drizzle of sauce in each wrapper. Roll tightly and seal edges with water.
- Air Fryer: Spray with oil, air fry at 375°F for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
OR Oven: Bake at 400°F for 12–15 minutes until golden. - Serve: Slice and serve hot with extra sauce for dipping.
