  • Make Sauce: Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
  • Assemble Rolls: Place beef, cheese, pickles, and a drizzle of sauce in each wrapper. Roll tightly and seal edges with water.
  • Air Fryer: Spray with oil, air fry at 375°F for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
