Ingredients
8 cooked lasagna noodles
2 cups shredded boneless skinless chicken breasts
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 cups heavy cream
2 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon butter
Salt & pepper (to taste)
Directions
- Make Alfredo Sauce: In a pan, melt butter, sauté garlic 1 min. Add heavy cream and parmesan. Simmer until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
- Assemble Roll-Ups: Spread some sauce in a baking pan. Fill noodles with chicken and mozzarella, roll up, place seam-side down.
- Bake: Pour remaining sauce over roll-ups, sprinkle with more cheese. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
