  • Sear the Chicken:
    Season chicken with salt, pepper, and onion powder. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side or until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
    Lower heat to medium. Add butter and garlic to the same pan. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Cream the Spinach:
    Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan. Add spinach and cook 2–3 minutes until wilted and the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Combine and Serve:
