1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp coconut oil (or melted butter)
Pinch of salt
- Optional Toppings
Drizzle of peanut butter or almond butter
Whipped cream
Directions
- Mix the Dry Ingredients
In a microwave-safe mug, mix the oat flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. - Add the Wet Ingredients
Stir in the almond milk, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and coconut oil until smooth.
Make sure there are no lumps in the batter. - Microwave the Mug Cake
Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds, or until the cake has risen and set in the middle.
