Ingredients
24 Oreo cookies (crushed)
4 tbsp melted butter
16 oz cream cheese (softened)
½ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
8 Oreo cookies (roughly chopped for filling)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Combine crushed Oreos and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of the pan to form a crust.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add egg and mix until just combined.
- Fold in chopped Oreos, then pour mixture over the crust. Smooth the top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until center is set. Let cool, then refrigerate at least 3 hours. Slice into bars and enjoy!
