Ingredients
1 pack Hawaiian rolls, 12-count
6 large eggs
6 slices bacon or sausage patties, cooked and chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat Oven: Set to 350°F and grease or line a baking dish.
- Scramble Eggs: In a skillet, cook eggs until just set. Season with salt and pepper.
- Assemble Sliders: Slice rolls in half horizontally (keep rolls connected). Layer eggs, bacon or sausage, and cheese. Replace the tops.
- Butter & Bake: Brush tops with melted butter. Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes, then uncover and bake 5 more until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
- Serve: Slice and serve warm.
