Ingredients
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 fresh jalapeños, seeded and finely diced
1 tsp olive oil spray
Optional: ranch or sweet chili sauce for dipping
Directions
- Mix the Filling: In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and diced jalapeños until smooth.
- Assemble: Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Wet the edges with water and fold into triangles, pressing edges to seal.
- Air Fry: Lightly spray wontons with olive oil spray and place in your air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 375°F for 8 minutes, flipping once, until golden and crispy.
- Serve: Let cool slightly and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- ✅ For milder flavor, use one jalapeño or remove all seeds.
✅ To make ahead, assemble and freeze before cooking.
✅ These are best served hot — they lose crispiness if left out too long.
