Ingredients
½ lb ground beef
⅓ cup chopped pickle slices
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp olive oil spray
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Dipping sauce (ketchup, mustard, or burger sauce)
Directions
- Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess grease.
- Assemble Filling: In a bowl, mix cooked beef, shredded cheese, and chopped pickles.
