Ingredients
1 lb beef ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and black pepper (to taste)
1 tablespoon butter
2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
Olive oil spray (for air fryer)
Directions
- Season Steak: Toss steak pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Air Fry: Spray air fryer basket with olive oil spray. Cook steak bites at 400°F for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Make Garlic Butter: While steak cooks, melt butter in a pan, add fresh garlic, and sauté until fragrant (1–2 minutes).
