🐟 Perfectly Cooked Air Fryer Salmon – Crispy, Flaky & Delicious!
This Air Fryer Salmon is the easiest way to get crispy, golden edges with a tender, flaky inside—all in minutes! Whether you need a quick weeknight meal or a healthy, high-protein dish, this recipe delivers restaurant-quality results with minimal effort.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

  • Seasoning Blend
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano or thyme (optional)

  • Extras
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Directions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease the air fryer basket with oil or nonstick spray.
  • Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. This helps the seasoning stick.
  • In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano or thyme (if using).
  • Brush the seasoning blend over the salmon fillets, coating both sides evenly.
  • Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side down. Make sure they are not touching for even cooking.
  • Cook for 7–10 minutes, depending on thickness. The salmon should be flaky and reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  • Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a couple of minutes.
  • Serve with lemon wedges and fresh parsley for garnish.
