Ingredients
3 large russet potatoes (cut into wedges)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
Grated Parmesan (optional, for garnish)
Directions
- Prep the Potatoes: Wash and cut the potatoes into even wedges. Soak them in cold water for 30 minutes (optional, but helps make them extra crispy). Drain and pat dry.
- Season: Toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Air Fry: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the wedges in a single layer. Cook for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve: Sprinkle with dried parsley and Parmesan if using. Serve hot with ketchup, ranch, or your favorite dip!
Notes
- ✅ For extra crispiness, let the seasoned potatoes sit for 5-10 minutes before air frying.
✅ If your air fryer is small, cook in batches to avoid overcrowding.
✅ Try different seasonings! Cajun, ranch, or chili powder are great options. - CLICK HERE to see which Air Fryers I recommend.
