Ingredients
2 ears of corn, husked
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon ground cumin
¼ teaspoon salt
Optional: dipping sauce like chipotle mayo or ranch
Directions
- Prep the Corn: Using a sharp knife and sturdy cutting board, slice each cob in half crosswise. Then carefully stand the halves up and cut lengthwise into quarters (you’ll get 4 ribs per cob). Use caution—corn can be tough to cut!
- Season: In a small bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin, and salt. Brush mixture evenly over all sides of the corn.
- Air Fry: Place corn ribs in a single layer in your air fryer basket. Cook at 380°F for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they curl and become crisp on the edges.
- Serve: Enjoy warm with your favorite dipping sauce!
Notes
- ✅ Microwave the corn for 1–2 minutes first to make cutting easier.
✅ Want extra flavor? Add lime juice or a sprinkle of chili powder.
✅ These can also be oven-baked at 425°F for 20 minutes, flipping once.
