Ingredients
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
½ cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
¾ cup shredded coconut
½ cup bread crumbs
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Sweet chili sauce (for dipping)
Directions
- Prep Shrimp: Pat shrimp dry. Season with salt and pepper.
