Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded thin
½ cup bread crumbs
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten
½ cup marinara sauce
Directions
- Prep Chicken: Mix bread crumbs and parmesan cheese in one bowl. Dip chicken in egg, then coat in crumb mixture.
- Air Fry: Spray with olive oil spray, air fry at 375°F for 10 minutes.
- Top It: Spoon marinara sauce and sprinkle mozzarella cheese over each chicken breast. Air fry 2–3 more minutes until cheese is melted.
