Ingredients
1 lb ground chicken
Β½ cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
Β½ teaspoon onion powder
Β½ teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Β½ cup BBQ sauce (plus more for brushing)
Directions
- Make Meatballs: In a bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and BBQ sauce. Form into meatballs.
- Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 375Β°F. Spray basket with olive oil spray. Place meatballs in basket, spray tops lightly, and air fry for 10β12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Glaze: Brush with more BBQ sauce and air fry 1β2 more minutes for a sticky glaze.
- Serve: Serve hot with extra BBQ sauce for dipping.
