Ingredients
1 block firm tofu (pressed and cubed)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup bell peppers, sliced (mixed colors)
Β½ cup carrots, sliced thin
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Optional: cooked rice for serving
Directions
- Cook Tofu: In a skillet, heat olive oil, cook tofu until golden on all sides. Remove and set aside.
- Stir-Fry Veggies: In the same skillet, stir-fry broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots for 5β7 minutes until tender.
- Combine: Add tofu back, stir in soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss to coat.
- Serve: Over rice or as-is.
