Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sour cream or preferred burger sauce
Large romaine lettuce leaves, for wrapping
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: chopped tomato, pickle slices, red onion
Directions
- Cook the Bacon:
In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Set aside on a paper towel-lined plate. - Sauté the Beef & Onion:
In the same skillet, cook ground beef and diced onion until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess grease if needed. - Assemble Wraps:
Lay out lettuce leaves. Fill each with beef mixture, shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, and optional toppings. - Serve:
Drizzle with sour cream or sauce of choice. Roll or fold and enjoy immediately.
