1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.)
1/2 frozen banana (for creaminess)
1/2 tbsp chia seeds (for extra fiber and omega-3s)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Ice cubes (as needed for thickness)

Directions
- Blend the Ingredients
