Ingredients
1 lb beef ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp fresh garlic (cloves), minced
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups broccoli florets
1 medium zucchini, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil (for roasting)
Directions
- Prepare the Steak:
Remove steak from fridge 30 minutes before cooking. Pat dry and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. - Sear the Steak Bites:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Sear steak bites for 2β3 minutes per side until browned. Add butter and minced garlic, stir well, and cook for another minute. Remove from heat and set aside. - Roast the Veggies:
Preheat oven to 425Β°F. Toss broccoli and zucchini with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 15β20 minutes, flipping halfway through. - Assemble and Serve:
Plate steak bites with roasted veggies. Spoon garlic butter from the pan over the top for extra flavor.
