Ingredients
4 thick slices of bread (Texas toast or brioche preferred)
2 eggs
β cup milk or almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Β½ tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp olive oil spray
Maple syrup, for dipping
Directions
- Prep Bread: Cut each slice of bread into 3β4 sticks.
- Make Batter: In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Dip & Coat: In a separate bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon. Dip each stick in the egg mixture, then coat in cinnamon sugar.
- Air Fry: Spray basket lightly. Air fry at 375Β°F for 7β8 minutes, flipping halfway, until crisp and golden.
- Serve: Enjoy warm with maple syrup or freeze for later.
